We will collect certain personal information, including your name, address, and e-mail address, when you register for our services or purchase our products. We maintain this information in our customer database. Cookies are not used on this site to gather information about you.
Use of Information:
The information you provide is used to 1) provide the service or product requested. 2) to enable us to send the product you bought and to contact you regarding your order.
Also the information you provide us, will not be forwarded to any third party.
Returns / Refund policy:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product please get in touch with us. Full refund is given minus postage and handling if returned unopened in 14 days. Defective or damaged goods will be returned and replaced at our cost.
Shipping:
At present we only ship in New Zealand. For shipping within New Zealand we use FastWay couriers or tracked ParcelPost. They normally deliver over night on the North Island and within 3 days on the South Island. All rural deliveries take 1-2 day(s) longer and our couriers do not deliver during weekends.
Bartercard:We do accept Bartercard and we ask customers to email your order through with your Bartercard details, thank you.
